This is nowhere documented and simply derived from the Playbacks.AppendOrInsertPlaybackStep function definition which lists EventPropergation as return value. It is believed that this is, apart from the obvious typo, an analogon for the return value Void in conjunction with the idea that this event is passed on to other instances.
