 Titan caches a number of data, i.e. stores them into some files, to have them available upon the next start. Examples are the currently loaded show or size and position of the virtual panels or the keyboard/scratchpad. Also, logfiles are permanently written, the icon library and the exchange mapping are held in such files, and more.
