Sets the speed of a speed master from the menu.

^ :::        | For BPM masters the value directly transfers to a BPM value.\\ For rate masters, unlike [[webapi:requests:masters_setmaster]] which uses a normalized value (1 == 100%), here the numeric value is directly interpreted value. ''value=10'' sets a rate master to 10%. |
