====== Installing the loopback adaptor ======

Sometimes it's useful to have the loopback network adaptor installed so that other programs on the same machine can control - or be controlled by - Titan. Here is how to install this:


1. Open Windows' device manager. You may do so by hitting the Windows key, and typing 'devmgmt', followed by ''Enter''.

2. Find the network adaptor section and expand it.\\

3. From the ''Action'' menu select ''Add Legacy Hardware''.\\

4. The 'Add New Hardware' wizard opens. Click ''Next''.\\

5. On the next screen select ''Choose hardware manually'' and click ''Next''.\\

6. Select hardware type 'Network adaptors' and click ''Next''.\\

7. Select manufacturer 'Microsoft' and model 'Microsoft Loopbackadaptor for KM-TEST' and click ''Next''. \\

8. Check that the 'Microsoft Loopbackadaptor for KM-TEST' is selected and click ''Next''. \\

9. This confirms the successful installation. Click ''Finish''.\\

10. Now in network settings a new Ethernet connection is shown, and can be configured like other adaptors.\\
