Titan Tricks ====== Installing the loopback adaptor ====== Sometimes it's useful to have the loopback network adaptor installed so that other programs on the same machine can control - or be controlled by - Titan. Here is how to install this: 1. Open Windows' device manager. You may do so by hitting the Windows key, and typing 'devmgmt', followed by ''Enter''. {{:tricks:loopback_01_open_devmanager.png?direct&400}} 2. From the ''Action'' menu select ''Add Legacy Hardware''.\\ {{:tricks:loopback_03_action_menu_legacy.png?400|}} 4. The 'Add New Hardware' wizard opens. On the next screen select ''Choose hardware manually'' and click ''Next''.\\ {{:tricks:loopback_05_add_hardware_manually.png?400|}} 6. Select hardware type 'Network adaptors' and click ''Next''.\\ {{:tricks:loopback_06_add_hardware_type_network.png?400|}} 7.
